PTFE is a synthetic fluoropolymer that offers a multitude of applications. Its properties can be tailored for
use as a premium gasketing material with outstanding chemical resistance properties. It can also be expertly machined or
molded into virtually any shape you require.
PTFE Seals - Key Characteristics
* Low coefficient of friction - PTFE has the second lowest friction of any solid material, making it ideal for moving parts that need to glide effortlessly over surfaces.
Also suitable
for bearings, gears, and most sliding parts.
* Excellent dielectric properties - PTFE is among the best thermally stable and non-conductive plastic materials, making it perfect for electrical insulators in circuit boards.
* Good chemical resistance - PTFE is chemically inert and non-toxic, widely used in chemical laboratories for containers and stirrers, even when exposed to strong acids. It remains solvent resistant up to 300°C.

4. High temperature resistance - Can be used long-term within a temperature range of 200~260°C.
5. Low temperature resistance - Maintains 5% elongation even if the temperature drops to -196°C.
6. Non-stick - Exhibits the smallest surface tension among solid materials, preventing adherence to any substance.
7. Excellent electrical performance - Ideal as a C-level insulating material capable of blocking high voltages up to 1500V.

A: Actual weight includes packaging, while theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, using the weight per meter multiplied by the profile length.
Q6: How do you quote prices, per piece?
A: We offer more than two pricing modes.
