is a synthetic fluoropolymer that boasts a multitude of applications. PTFE can be expertly modified for
use as a gasketing material, offering robust chemical resistance properties. It can also be precisely machined or
molded into virtually any shape, catering to diverse needs.
PTFE Seals - Key Characteristics
* Low coefficient of friction - second lowest of any solid material. PTFE is ideal for most moving parts, allowing them to glide over surfaces effortlessly and smoothly.
Also suitable for
bearings, gears, and most sliding components.
* Excellent dielectric properties - one of the most thermally stable and non-conducting plastic materials, making it perfect for electrical insulators in circuit boards.
* Superior chemical resistance - PTFE is chemically inert, non-toxic, and widely used in chemical laboratories for containers and stirrers in contact with strong acids. It remains solvent-resistant up to 300°C.

A: Absolutely, we can supply samples for free. However, delivery charges will be borne by our customers. To avoid any misunderstandings, please provide your International Express Account for Freight Collect.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per model.
Q4: How do you charge mold fees?
A: Should we need to create a new mold for your profiles, the mold fee will be refunded once your order quantity reaches a specified amount.
Q5: What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A: Actual weight includes packaging, whereas theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, multiplying the weight per meter by the profile length.
Q6: How do you quote price, per piece?
A: We offer more than two pricing models to suit your needs.

1) We have our own material production workshop and die factory, operational for 20 years.
