A: If a new mold needs to be opened for your ordered profiles, the mold fee will be refunded when your order quantity reaches a specified amount.

A: Actual weight includes packaging, while theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, multiplying the weight per meter by the profile's length.
Q6: How do you quote the price, per piece?
